  • Jeff Bruce

    Executive Director

    In 2014, Jeff Bruce came as the new Executive Director. Jeff brought a new vision for Center for Champions - LIFE on LIFE mentoring. Jeff comes with over 30 years of youth ministry and non-profit experience. He has a BS in Health and PE from The King’s College, NY and his M. Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando. Jeff loves his family, Jeeps, creating videos, and photography.

  • Jake Coniglio

    Rooted Lead

    Jake is a Pennsylvania native, and Camp Hill High School alumni. He graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Messiah University where he wrestled all 4 years and is now an assistant coach. Jake enjoys spending time with his wife Maddie, going on hikes with his dog Wendy, and studying theology. He has a passion for spiritual leadership as well as discipleship and is excited to pour into the youth of the Harrisburg community.

  • Pam Foreman

    Family Coordinator

    Pam has her BS in Social Work and over 40 years of experience in human services working for a nonprofit where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. It is this focus that carries over to her work at CFC where she has been a volunteer for 15 years. Pam has a heart for supporting youth and adults in living out their best life through their identity in Christ.

    Pam connects with the families we are connected to through prayer, fellowship, and friendship. She is someone our families know they can come to for support.

  • Pierre Scott

    Program Coordinator/Male Mentor Coordinator

    Pierre is a Philadelphia native who works as a civil engineer in the Harrisburg Area. He started with CFC as a referee and later a mentor during the 2019-2020 academic year. Pierre has a passion for youth and families and has several years of ministry experience working with youth.

  • Jen Schroeder

    Female Match Manager

    Jen has come to CFC after watching her husband mentor for the last few years. Seeing the positive change in his life and spending time with his mentee has been a gift to their family. Jen has her MS in counseling from Shippensburg University and has worked with families in different capacities over the last 20 years. She has a passion for helping people grow personally and in their faith and have deeper connections within their families. Jen loves spending time with her family, traveling, walking with friends and reading good books.
