In 2014, Jeff Bruce came as the new Executive Director. Jeff brought a new vision for Center for Champions - LIFE on LIFE mentoring. Jeff comes with over 30 years of youth ministry and non-profit experience. He has a BS in Health and PE from The King’s College, NY and his M. Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando. • Emsy Franchock

    Program Director

Emsy holds both a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. in Human Resources & Employment Relations from Penn State University. During her time at school, she spent time launching and cultivating spaces for worship and discipleship. She was introduced to CFC through a friend that knew she was searching for purposeful work, and she is excited to step into the role of Program Director. A natural connector, Emsy loves drawing people out, encouraging them to learn more about themselves, and helping them grow in their unique callings. Emsy also enjoys making music, working out with her friends at CrossFit, and spending time outside (usually on the water!) with her husband!

  • Pam Foreman

    Family Coordinator

Pam has her BS in Social Work and over 40 years of experience in human services working for a nonprofit where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. It is this focus that carries over to her work at CFC where she has been a volunteer for 15 years. Pam has a heart for supporting youth and adults in living out their best life through their identity in Christ.

Pam connects with the families we are connected to through prayer, fellowship, and friendship. She is someone our families know they can come to for support.
